Anthony Paul Binsfield (1961-2026)

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Anthony Paul Binsfield. Tony was born on August 3, 1961 in St Paul ,MN to Paul and MaryAnn Binsfield. 

Tony was a devoted father to Anthony, Brandon and Matthew . A proud grandfather to Madison, James, Logan, Samuel and Liam. He was a much loved son to MaryAnn Binsfield Murphy and beloved brother to Mark, Kevin and Laura. Uncle to many nephews and nieces. Tony was preceded in death by his father Paul Binsfield.

An incredibly hardworking man and a proud veteran of the US Navy, Tony built a successful career as an electrician and chief building engineer at One Technology Square in Cambridge for over 25 years Above all, he was a dedicated family man who always made time for games or a walk with his Mom and his dogs Tyee and Hobbs. Tony was always there whenever anyone needed a helping hand.His infectious humor and intense competitive spirit were traits he wore proudly whether paying tennis for Duxbury High School or at the game table, ping pong table or playing croquet. Tony enjoyed spending summers on Madeline Island as a young boy where he learned to play tennis. He also played summer baseball on the town team "Madeline Island Gamecocks".Tony's kindness, generosity, "phenomenal" attitude,and unwavering love for his family will never be forgotten.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, July 21st at noon at the Duxbury American Legion.
