Arianna M
Ross-Fitzgibbons
Mar 14, 2026 — Sep 10, 2026
Arianna Maeve Ross-Fitzgibbons, our beautiful Ari, was born on March 17, 2026, and passed away on September 10, 2026.
From the moment we met her, Ari showed us what it means to be strong. She came into this world facing more than any baby should ever have to face, and somehow, through it all, she continued to fight. She overcame more than we ever could have imagined, and she fought harder than we could have ever asked her to. For six beautiful months, she showed us just how incredibly strong our little girl could be.
Ari wasn’t just our fighter. She was our sweet, sassy, funny, beautiful girl. She loved being snuggled and held close. She loved looking at her toys and taking in everything around her. And she had quite the personality—especially when it came to her nurses. Ari had perfected the art of giving the absolute best side-eye, and she wasn’t afraid to let you know when she had something to say. Even in the hardest moments, she could make us smile.
Ari was loved by so many people. Her nurses, doctors, family, and everyone who had the privilege of caring for her became part of her story. We will forever be grateful for every person who loved our daughter, cared for her, fought alongside her, and helped make her six months as full of love as possible. We wish we could have had more time. We wish we could have watched her grow, heard her laugh, watched her take her first steps, and experienced all of the little moments we had dreamed about before we ever got to meet her.
There are so many things we will never get to do with our daughter, and that is a pain we will carry with us forever. But we are so incredibly grateful that we got to be her parents.
Ari taught us more about love, strength, hope, and courage in six months than we could have learned in a lifetime. She may have been tiny, but she left an enormous mark on our hearts and on the hearts of everyone who knew her.
Our sweet girl, we hope you always knew how very, very loved you were. You were wanted, you were cherished, and you were our whole world. We would give anything for just one more snuggle, one more look at those beautiful eyes, and one more of your sassy little side-eyes. Six months was nowhere near enough. But six months with you was a gift we will spend the rest of our lives being grateful for.
We love you endlessly, Ari. Love always, Mommy & Daddy Jennifer Winslow & Aedan Ross-Fitzgibbons
