Barbara Palombo, 81, of Plymouth, died peacefully at The Pat Roche Hospice Home on January 6, 2024. Barbara was predeceased by her parents, Stephen and Doris Rudinsky, her brother, Thomas Dickson and her husband of 28 years, Joseph M. Palombo.

Barbara will be cherished, in memory, by her children: Deana Davis (Ken), Mark Palombo (Kerry), and Lynne Palombo.  Three grandchildren:  Abigail Jenkins, Emerson Devlin,  Aidan Palombo and Cole Palombo.  Her sister in law, Jane Dickson and many nieces and nephews,

Barbara was raised in Laconia NH and affectionally referred to as "Cookie"  She received her Nursing Degree from Sacred Heart Nursing School and worked at New England Baptist Hospital and ended her 40 year career as a nurse in an Alzheimer Care Facility. Barbara was a caring, independent and a devoted mother and grandmother.  She enjoyed reading, gardening, traveling, the ocean, yoga with her friends and her Siamese cat, Yang.

Visiting hours will be held on January 18, 2024 from 4-6pm at Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main Street, Rte, 106, Kingston, MA 02360
