Edward Williams Holmes age 76 of Kingston MA passed away peacefully in his sleep at home surrounded by his family February 6, 2025.

A life long resident of Kingston, Ed had served in the Navy for 30 years and worked at the Kingston Intermediate school until retirement, he was known by all as "Big Ed". He loved to go hunting and fishing with his boys, often to ME where they enjoyed the outdoors together. Though he never brought home much, it was something he truly loved.

Ed leaves behind his loving wife Donna (Besegai) Holmes, his children,  Kimberly Holmes, Kevin Holmes and his wife Aline, Korey Holmes and his wife Jodi, he is predeceased by his son, Kristofer Holmes who passed in 2006. His brother, Edson Holmes and his wife Lynell of CA. His loving grandchildren: J.J., Addie, Maddie, Nevaeh and Hayden.
