Edward O'Brien of Duxbury formerly of South Boston, passed away on May 6, 2022.

Born to his parents Charles and Kathleen (Collis) O'Brien

He is preceeded by his loving wife of 59 years Donna O'Brien. Loving father of Lynn Johns and her husband Ed, Kim Sulfaro and her husband Domenic, Tracey Coleman and her husband John, Mark O'Brien, Eddie O'Brien and his wife Tara, and Stephen O'Brien. He was the proud grandfather to Vinnie Johns, Cirina Johns, Chelsi Coleman, Anthony Sulfaro, Madison O'Brien, Gavin O'Brien and Thomas O'Brien. He is also survived  by  his great grandchildren Aleah and Carter.

Edward is also survived by his sisters Eileen Dykens, Maryanne Fennesy and Midgie George. Predeceased by brothers Charles and John O'Brien, sisters  Claire Galizzio, Ruth Doyle and Cabra Guzman

Edward is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A funeral mass will be held at Holy Family Church, Duxbury, MA on Wednesday May 11th at 10:00 am. Interment will be private.
