Heather (Belmore) Furtado, 50, of Carver, formerly of Whitman passed away on August 23, 2022. Beloved wife of over 25 years to David Furtado.

Loving Mother to Stephen, and Hailee Furtado.

Daughter of Gerald Belmore and his wife Joanne, and daughter of the late Louise Rudolph.

Sister to Michele (Belmore) Stella, and sister in law to Laurie (Furtado) Downing, Russell Santheson, Robert Santheson, and Dana Furtado, and step sister of Jill Milton.

Cherished granddaughter of Eugene and Louise (Brophy) Rudolph, and Gerald and Laura (Peterson) Belmore. Daughter in law to Irene Furtado.

Aunt to Bob Santheson, Todd Santheson, Jimmy Stella, Erika Downing, Stephanie Downing, Tanya Santheson, and Kerry McCormick.

Heather grew up in Whitman and is a longtime resident of Carver. She attended South Shore Regional Technical High School, and graduated from Middleboro High School.

Heather was a loving Wife, Mother, Daughter, and Sister.

She loved campfires, get togethers, cooking and baking, playing bingo and candy crush. She loved her dogs Boo and Sadie, cruising in the Corvette and rides on the motorcycle.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, September 1st from 4-7:00 with a prayer service set to begin at 6:30 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Carver, MA 02330.
