Jacqueline (Jackie) Marie Bottenus, 74, passed away on Friday, July 28, 2023. She was the loving wife of Reb Bottenus for the last 37 years and a resident of Duxbury for more than 50 years. Born in Boston, she had a 35-year career at five different banks in the same location in South Duxbury, culminating in being an Assistant Vice President of Santander. She leaves behind a daughter, Kristen McArdle, her husband Bill, their children, Sophie and Jack; a son, Tyson, and his partner Liza; three sisters, Ellen Celli and her husband, Richard, Janet Leonardo and her husband, Tony, and Denise Griggs and her husband, Mark, and their families; and numerous cousins and beloved extended family. She was predeceased by her brother, Jay, who she loved dearly.

Jackie will be remembered for how much she loved being around her family and friends, and enjoyed helping her community out in any way she could. She could be found on the beach at Standish Shore or in her gardens on Alden Street. She loved dogs, especially her golden retriever Willow.

A wake will be held on Tuesday, August 1st at 10am at Holy Family Church and immediately followed by a funeral mass at 11 am at Holy Family Church in Duxbury.
