Michal J. Wiszynski of Silver Spring, Maryland passed away suddenly on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. He is survived by his parents Elizabeth Robinson and George Wiszynski and stepmother Carol. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles: Alicia Stone and her husband Michael, Sally Robinson, Joan Robinson, Jonathan Robinson, James Robinson and his wife Athanasia, and Margaret Worsham and her husband Leslie, Edwin and Terri Haas and Larry and Olga Workman and many cousins.
Born in Washington, DC in 1990 he lived in Kingston for many years, graduating from Silver Lake Regional High School. He then moved to Maryland where he received an Associate’s degree from Montgomery Community College and worked at Best Buy and Giant Food.
He enjoyed cooking, photography, dining out, video games with friends, Japanese manga and anime, walking in parks, and time with his cousins. He thought the camp in Gray, Maine was paradise. He played hockey and lacrosse in high school and was a big Bruins fan.
A funeral service will be held at Shepherds Funeral Home, 216 Main St., Kingston, MA on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 1 pm, followed by refreshments. Interment will be at the Hillside Cemetery in Gorham, Maine at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the American Heart Association
