Patricia Anne O’Kane (Cox) passed away peacefully on June 16, 2026 at the age of 84. Preceded in death by her husband Joseph O’Kane, her father Joseph F. Cox, mother Mildred R Cox, her four brothers, Warren, Joseph, Richard, Jack and sisters Barbra (Russell) and Judy (Ford).

She is survived by her sister Elinor Stein (Cox, Lake) of Milton and 29 nieces and nephews and numerous grand nieces and nephews,

Pat graduated from Milton High School. She became an EEG technician and worked for 30 years at the Shattuck and Faulkner Hospitals.

She loved her family, travel and dogs. She and Joe bred silky terriers for years and had numerous dogs, all named Millie. She loved her South Meadow Village community, especially the water view out her den window, her neighbors and playing Bingo.

She will be missed.

A Mass will be held for Pat at St. Kateri Church, 140 S Meadow Road, Plymouth, MA on Wednesday, June 24 at 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to any animal shelter or rescue.
