Born on May 5, 1966, in Keene, New Hampshire, Vincent was the son of the late James DeCristofaro and Nancy DeCristofaro. He was also preceded in death by his beloved in-laws, Randall Taylor and Ann Taylor.
Vincent was a self-employed carpenter whose exceptional craftsmanship and work ethic earned the respect of all who knew him. Though his formal education ended after the seventh grade, he possessed remarkable talent, intelligence, and skill, building a successful career through determination and hard work.
Outside of work, Vincent enjoyed many passions. In his younger years, he loved riding motorcycles, with his friend, Doug Sherman, and embraced the freedom of the ride. He was also proud to be part of Rob Murphy's crew at Seekonk Speedway, where he shared his love of racing and camaraderie with many friends. Vincent had a comprehensive knowledge of automobiles and motorcycles, makes, models, styles, engines and compatibilities. He was a true automotive authority and passionate gearhead.
Later in life, Vincent found Christ and took great comfort in his faith. He cherished thoughtful and faithful discussions with his late mother-in-law and many friends, finding strength and purpose in those conversations.
Above all else, Vincent's greatest love was his wife, Mary R. DeCristofaro. Their bond was the center of his life, and he loved her more than anything in the world. He was also a devoted and proud papa to his beloved puppy, Pearl, and step-papa to his sassy cat, Patches, who brought him endless joy and companionship.
Vincent is survived by his loving wife, Mary R. DeCristofaro; his brother, James DeCristofaro and his wife, Celeste DeCristofaro, of Marstons Mills; his sister, Lisamarie Sapiel of Taunton; and his sister-in-law, Lottie Roden and her husband, Scott Roden of Plymouth.
He is also survived by his nephews, James DeCristofaro Jr. and his spouse, Caren DeCristofaro; Timothy DeCristofaro and his companion Ivy Fanous; Daniel Hughes; and Scott Roden Jr.; his nieces, Heather Morgan and her husband Josh Morgan; Christine DeCristofaro; Leanna Roden and Jennifer Roden; as well as many cherished great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to his parents and in-laws, Vincent was predeceased by his nephew, Thomas Brooks.
Family and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at Shepherd's Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Carver, Massachusetts.
